Your order number will be included in your dispatch email. Please note that parcels can only be tracked once they’ve been dispatched.
To check the status of pending orders, you can visit your order history page after logging into your account. Each order has a unique order number, which you can click on to view the details and status of the order.
You can cancel an order before the goods are shipped. After cancellation, you can choose the correct product and place a new order. To cancel an order, simply log in to your account, go to your purchase history page, and click the cancel button. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.
