Can I exchange/return the goods?

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges! However, please note that we do not accept any items returned without prior confirmation from our customer service team. To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps below:

1.Contact Us First
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. Kindly include the reason for your return.

2.Conditions for Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. But the items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3.What to Include in Your Request

  • Your order number
  • The SKU number of the item
  • Clear photos of any defects (if applicable)

Please email these details to our customer service team. We will respond within two business days (9:00 am – 4:00 pm).

Return Address:
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
Please provide a valid tracking number and the name of the selected courier company.

What About Return Shipping Fees?

We do not charge handling fees for returns or exchanges.

In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the exchange is requested for personal reasons (such as incorrect size or color preference), the customer is responsible for both the return and the new shipment costs.

If the product has a quality defect or an incorrect item was sent, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.


Refund Process

After receiving and reviewing your returned product, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your return has been accepted.

Once approved, we will process your refund. Refunds are usually issued within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will typically be processed within 7 days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but before shipment, will be fully refunded.

Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

Note: Once an order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.
